The form processes your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, house number, town, selected service, timing and message. Royal Label uses this information to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible assignment.
Storage and email
The enquiry is stored in protected hosting storage and emailed to Royal Label’s configured recipient. The hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services. Royal Label must have appropriate arrangements with those providers.
Retention and security
Royal Label retains information no longer than necessary for the enquiry, assignment and applicable obligations. Completed enquiries should be removed according to the established retention policy. Stored enquiries are intended solely for Royal Label and managed through secure hosting administration.
Cookies
The Royal Label package does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. The quotation form uses a functional session cookie for security. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp only when clicked. Update this statement if other services are added.
