Map the largest opportunities and attention points carefully.
Energy label class · NTA 8800READ IT WELL
One class tells you a lot, but not everything.
The label class relates to the performance indicators on the energy label, but is not a standalone measure of your energy bill. A certified adviser considers insulation, glazing, systems and renewable generation together. Keep invoices, photographs and technical documentation: they can matter during an inspection.
PRACTICAL ROUTE
From label F to a decision that fits your home.
Check your label
Check the expiry date, energy performance indicators and registered details. An energy label is generally valid for ten years.
Prepare evidence
Collect drawings, invoices, insulation details, photographs and system documentation. Missing information can lead to conservative assumptions.
Choose a logical order
Tailored advice can place measures, comfort and technical coherence side by side before you make choices.

Energy label F in practice.
Does energy label F mean I have a fixed energy consumption?
No. The label describes the energy performance of the home under the calculation method. Behaviour, occupancy and appliances can make your energy bill differ.
Can I determine the required measure based on the class alone?
No. Also consider the thermal envelope, systems, construction year and available evidence. Tailored advice is suitable when you want measures worked out together.
Can Royal Label guarantee a subsidy or a new label?
No. Conditions, approval and the eventual label are determined under current rules and the actual property inspection. Always check subsidy conditions directly with RVO.
