HOME · ENERGY LABEL · NEXT STEP
Energy label A to G: understand your home, choose your next step.
An energy label shows how energy efficient a home is and indicates possible improvements to insulation and systems. Choose your label for a clear explanation, or start with the documents you already have.
START HERE
A label class is a starting point, not a renovation plan.
Energy performance is determined under NTA 8800. An adviser assesses the home itself, including insulation, glazing, heating, ventilation and installed renewable systems. The label is not the same as your actual energy bill; occupant behaviour and appliances are treated differently.
